100 years of the RAF

Today, after 100 years, is a very special day for the Royal Air Force (RAF) as they commemorate and all those who serve in and alongside it.

To mark the service’s 100 years, a formation of one hundred aircraft from different eras of its history flew over central London in an iconic centenary flypast.

Celebrating 100 years of the RAF

Congratulations to all those across the RAF network who have been involved! It’s a particularly proud moment for  Dishforth Military Wives Choir  member Judy, whose son led the Chinook over Buckingham Palace.

We want to thank all past, present and future members of our Royal Air Force, for all that they do, wherever they are based  # RAF100
